Ordering & Turnaround
How long does my order take?
Standard processing time depends on the piece:
Jerseys: 3–4 weeks Tees, Dresses & Other: 1–2 weeks
These are processing/production times and do not include shipping. Heavy bling, glitter, and multi-add-on pieces sit at the longer end because every stone is placed by hand. During high-volume and tour seasons, orders are scheduled and completed by the "Date Needed By" you enter at checkout, not in the order received. Your piece is prioritized to be ready before your event date. Always enter an accurate needed-by date.I need it by a specific date — what do I do?
Enter your “Date Needed By” on the product form when you order. That date drives where you land in our production schedule. If your date is sooner than our standard processing window, you'll need a Rush Order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, when our schedule allows. Select “Rush My Order” on the product form. Rush requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed by a specific date until we confirm with you directly. If we can't meet your timeline, we'll tell you before anything is charged or produced.
Design & Proofs
Will I see my design before it's made?
Proofs are not guaranteed on every order. By submitting your design details at checkout, you authorize WÀRV to create your piece based on your description. We send a proof only when we need clarification, if your details are clear, we go straight to production to keep your order on schedule.
This is why being specific matters: the details you submit are the exact instructions we use to create your piece. Please double-check spelling, names, numbers, colors, and sizing before you submit.
You get one (1) free change after submitting your details (or approving a proof, if one was sent). Additional changes or redesigns are billed and may extend your timeline.What does “Freestyle” or “Creative Control” mean?
When you select freestyle or write “do your thing,” you're trusting our design team to make the creative calls, layout, color balance, placement, and styling. It means you love our work and want our vision. Freestyle pieces can't be disputed for “not what I pictured,” because you gave creative direction to us on purpose. If you have must-haves, list them in your design details instead of selecting freestyle.
How many revisions / changes do I get?
You get one (1) free change after you submit your design details (or approve a proof, if one was sent). Any additional changes, redesigns, or new directions after that are billed as a new revision and may extend your timeline. Revisions cover tweaks, not a full redesign from scratch.
Payments, Refunds & Store Credit
What is your refund policy?
Because every item is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on personalized products. If we make an error on our end, we'll make it right, see below.
By placing an order, you agree that custom/personalized items are non-refundable. This is standard for made-to-order work.
What if there's a mistake on my order?
If the error is ours (we misspelled an approved name, used the wrong approved color, etc.), we'll correct it or issue store credit. Store credit is our courtesy resolution for WÀRV errors, it is not cash back. Errors that match your approved proof are not considered mistakes on our end.
How does store credit work?
Store credit is applied to your account and redeemed at checkout by selecting “Store Credit” as your payment method on WARVcreates.com. Credits may carry an expiration date, use them before they expire. Specific promo credits (like tour pre-orders) are valid only on the items stated in that promotion.
Can I cancel or change my order after I pay?
Because we begin sourcing and designing quickly, changes and cancellations aren't guaranteed. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before production starts. Once your proof is approved and production begins, the order can't be cancelled.
Shipping
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship via tracked carrier once production is complete. You'll receive a tracking number by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, we're not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
Do you ship internationally?
Select international orders are handled case by case. Reach out before ordering. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country, these are separate from your order total and not collected by WÀRV.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it's in the carrier's hands, please file a claim with them and check with your household/neighbors first. We're happy to share all tracking and shipment records to support your claim.
