Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your label prints.

Read this first

Shipping time and production time are two different things. The delivery estimates below start the day your package leaves us, not the day you place your order. Custom pieces are made by hand, so production comes first, then shipping. Your order confirmation has your production timeline.

Your options at checkout

UPS Ground
1 to 5 business days depending on how far you are from Jacksonville, FL. Tracking included. Our most affordable option, especially on heavier orders and group boxes.

USPS Priority Mail
1 to 3 business days. Tracking and insurance included. This is what most of our customers choose, and on long-distance orders it often beats Ground by a day for about a dollar more.

UPS 2nd Day Air
2 business days anywhere in the country. Tracking included. The sweet spot when you need it fast but not overnight.

UPS Next Day Air Saver
Next business day by end of day. A little cheaper than Next Day Air, with a later delivery window. Tracking included.

UPS Next Day Air
Next business day, typically by mid-afternoon. Tracking included.

USPS Priority Mail Express
1 to 2 business days, delivered 7 days a week including most holidays. Tracking and insurance included.

UPS Next Day Air Early
Next business day, first thing in the morning. Our fastest option. Tracking included.

Good to know

  • Rates are calculated live by the carrier based on your address and package weight, so what you see at checkout is the real cost.
  • Choosing a faster shipping option does not move your order up in production. If you need your pieces by a specific date, tell us before you order.
  • Once your package is scanned in by USPS or UPS, delivery is in their hands. We'll always help you track it down, but carrier delays are outside our control.
  • Double check your shipping address before you submit. Packages sent to a wrong address that get returned to us are reshipped at your cost.
