At WÀRV Creates LLC, every piece is custom and created just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. Please read carefully before placing your order.
✨ Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

By completing checkout, you agree to this policy.
✨ Design Details & Proofs
- Proofs are NOT guaranteed on every order. By submitting your design details at checkout, you authorize WÀRV Creates to design and produce your item based on the description you provide.
- We send a proof only when we need clarification on your request. If your details are clear, we proceed straight to production to keep your order on schedule.
- Please be as specific as possible. The details you submit are the exact instructions we use to create your piece.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate spelling, names, numbers, colors, and sizing at checkout.
✨ Revisions & Changes
- After you submit your design details (or approve a proof, if one was sent), you are allowed one (1) complimentary change.
- Any additional changes, redesigns, or new directions after that are billed as a new revision/design fee and may extend your timeline.
- Requests to completely change a design after work has begun are treated as a new order.
✨ Freestyle / Creative Control
- If you select “Freestyle” or grant creative control, you authorize WÀRV’s design team to make all creative decisions, including layout, color balance, placement, and styling.
- Freestyle and creative-control orders are NOT eligible for disputes or refunds based on personal design preference, because creative direction was intentionally given to WÀRV.
✨ Cancellations

Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production planning begins and we cannot stop or refund the order.
✨ Order Variations

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in placement, sizing, or design may occur. This does not qualify as “defective” or “not as described.”

During high-volume or emergency periods (such as illness or supply delays), designs may be slightly adjusted to ensure timely delivery. Affected customers will be notified and compensated at our discretion.
✨ If We Make an Error
- If the error is ours (e.g., we misspelled a name you submitted correctly, or used the wrong color you specified), we will correct it or issue store credit.
- Store credit is our courtesy resolution for WÀRV errors. It is not cash back.
- Items that match the details you submitted (or the proof you approved) are not considered errors on our end.
✨ Store Credit
- Store credit is applied to your account and redeemed at checkout by selecting “Store Credit” as your payment method on WARVcreates.com.
- Store credit may carry an expiration date; please use it before it expires.
- Promotional credits (such as tour pre-order credits) are valid only on the specific items stated in that promotion.
✨ Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Orders over $100 may require signature confirmation.

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” WÀRV Creates LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly in those cases.
✨ Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy.

Proof of product completion, shipment, tracking, and your submitted design details will be provided to your bank.

Customers who file chargebacks may be permanently blocked from future orders.
