Shipping Policy

All items from WÀRV Creates are made to order.

Standard processing times:

• Jerseys: 3–4 weeks
• T-shirts, dresses & other items: 1–2 weeks
  (plus shipping time)

During high-volume and tour seasons, orders are not processed in the order received. Instead, they are scheduled and completed based on the “Date Needed By” you provide at checkout. Your order is prioritized to be completed before your stated event date, which may be sooner or later than the standard processing window. For this reason, an order with a far-future event date is not considered delayed if it falls outside the standard window.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include production and transit time but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier, WÀRV Creates is no longer responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking updates begin once the carrier scans your package, which can take 24 to 48 hours after label creation.

We carefully package all orders to help ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been scanned by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide tracking information or documentation needed to assist with the claim process.

Please note that shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks, as production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
