WÀRV Creates — R&B Tour Custom Jersey Deposit Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the R&B Tour Custom Jersey Deposit (“Deposit”) from WÀRV Creates LLC (“WÀRV Creates,” “we,” “us”), you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. DEPOSIT AMOUNT & PURPOSE The Deposit is a flat fee of $50.00 USD. It reserves your spot in our R&B Tour custom jersey production lineup. The Deposit is NOT a purchase of a jersey. Your jersey must be ordered separately through our website at WARVcreates.com.

2. STORE CREDIT Upon purchase of the Deposit, you will receive a one time, single-use store credit associated with email used at time of purchase. This store credit will be applied at checkout when placing your full custom jersey order on WARVcreates.com. The store credit will deduct $50.00 from your order total.

3. CREDIT RESTRICTIONS Your store credit is non-transferable and may only be used once. It is issued to the email address associated with your Deposit purchase. Sharing, selling, or transferring your credit to another individual is prohibited and will result in the credit being deactivated without a refund.

4. REDEMPTION DEADLINE Your store credit must be redeemed by June 1, 2026. Any Deposit not redeemed by this deadline is forfeited. No exceptions.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE All Deposits are final and non-refundable. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be honored for Deposit purchases under any circumstances.

6. PRODUCTION TIMELINE Production of your custom jersey will NOT begin until: (a) Your full jersey order has been placed on WARVcreates.com with all required details (size, style, design preferences, add-ons, etc.), AND (b) Your remaining balance has been paid in full. Estimated turnaround is 2-3 weeks from the date full payment and order details are received.

7. LIMIT Deposits are limited to one (1) per jersey. If you wish to order multiple jerseys, you must purchase a separate Deposit for each.

8. AVAILABILITY WÀRV Creates reserves the right to limit the total number of Deposits available and to close Deposit sales at any time without notice.

9. MODIFICATIONS WÀRV Creates reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email.
