Once we receive your order, we'll begin designing and producing your custom party favors. Before shipping, we will email you a digital design proof. Please review it and inform us of any revisions within 24 hours. Once the 24-hour window has elapsed, printing or design will begin and no further changes can be made. We must have an accurate email address/or phone number on file to ensure timely communication.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom items. However, if you have any issues at all, please reach out to us promptly. We value your satisfaction and will work hard to make things right.
