Waited almost a month for this dress for the Chris Brown concert, only for it to arrive TWO DAYS before the event poorly made, missing the back tie and replaced with what looked like a shoelace. The dress was frumpy, poorly constructed, and absolutely not worth the price. I couldn’t wear it and had to find something else at the last minute.
I reached out about the issue and received no response until a week AFTER the event, when the owner finally responded just to say “no refunds.” At that point, the concert was already over and the opportunity to fix the issue had passed.
The product quality was disappointing, but the lack of accountability and customer service was even worse. The owner clearly does not stand behind her product. Buyer beware.

Your jersey shipped and was delivered on 8/26, ahead of the 8/28 event date you gave us. The gold glitter lace-up back is the design exactly as listed and photographed on the product page. It is a feature of the piece, not a substitute for a missing tie. This is a made to order item, and our terms, which are agreed to at checkout, state that all sales are final.
We have no record of any message, email, or call from you before 9/1, and your order notes include the phone number you asked us to use. We answer every customer who reaches out about a real concern, and we would have worked with you gladly. We were never given that chance.
