Waited almost a month for this dress for the Chris Brown concert, only for it to arrive TWO DAYS before the event poorly made, missing the back tie and replaced with what looked like a shoelace. The dress was frumpy, poorly constructed, and absolutely not worth the price. I couldnβt wear it and had to find something else at the last minute.
I reached out about the issue and received no response until a week AFTER the event, when the owner finally responded just to say βno refunds.β At that point, the concert was already over and the opportunity to fix the issue had passed.
The product quality was disappointing, but the lack of accountability and customer service was even worse. The owner clearly does not stand behind her product. Buyer beware.
